  Thanks for visiting; and you are right it is a photographers paradise and you can learn all there is to know about photography there. In fact if you lived 1000 years you still wouldn't run out of something to photograph.

The Zulu place is just that; the spears are real but the shields look like they have been added later; they have a gorgeous window to the right but unfortunately there was a schools treasure hunt on the last time I visited and it wasn't possible to get near enough.

No I can't delete them either, like you I can delete guestbook messages, but not comments. I have already sent them a message requesting the delete button be returned. I don't mind the new reply button, but like you I believe we must be allowed to control how our own site appears to visitors.

just saw that I have no possibility any longer to delete a comment - as I could up to yesterday resp. still can with any note in my guest book - within my site if I do not like it for whatever reason.

Differently to the contests I understood so far that my site is mine and private and that I can select people I like to have contact with.

Therefore, I kindly ask you to IMMEDIATELY RETURN the former [DELETE] BUTTOM to be able to do so. Not needed is the former [edit] bottom for others comment.

May I add that in removing this delete bottom you are opening all doors for all kinds of "DIRTY" and PORNOGRAPHIC placements which will stay on my site until you may have deleted it and consequently will seen by JUNIORS as well as KIDS.

DADDY'S GONNA EAT YOUR FINGERS

I was packing for my business trip and my three year old daughter was
having
a wonderful time playing on the bed. At one point she said, 'Daddy, look
at
this', and stuck out two of her fingers.

Trying to keep her entertained, I reached out and stuck her tiny fingers
in
my mouth and said, 'Daddy's gonna eat your fingers,' pretending to eat
them.

I went back to packing, looked up again and my daughter was standing on
the
bed staring at her fingers with a devastated look on her face.

I said, 'What's wrong, honey?'

She replied, 'What happened to my booger?'

(This one is worth passing on.)

No, I cannot reply cannot leave messages in the forum and it seems that I am not logged in not even when my name and avatar shows!
So....after 10 days of being told that it was solved I am fed up with it.
What can I do ...paid till 2014 ....start begging maybe?
I, like many others, Use Internet Explorer and I am not going to change that just because Fotki cannot solve the problems with that browser! That is so stupid...we are not a minority!

Yeah it does look like it's an Internet Explorer issue. I have both installed on my PC due to a crash I had a while back and IE just wouldn't work, so I installed Firefox and I've been using it since then. I just tried using IE which I've fixed, and what do you know, no commenting !! I'm glad you're paid up until 2014, because I sure don't want to lose you too. I hope they get it sorted out, like you say there's a heck of a lot of people using IE.
